I called the insurance company again this afternoon and mailed them a 'notice of termination'
and also informed them online of my intention to cancel the policy and the reasoning behind it.
And
as an observation, I want to commend you for your prompt service. In these times of bad service from major big corporations
this is outstanding. You probably know how I feel. Continue the good work and customers will just show up.

Hope everthing is going great for you and your family. Blanca and I were visiting last night about
all our insurance coverage and she had mentioned we may need to get with you regarding making some changes in our coverage.
I have received current information from medicare and health net regarding 2009 coverage. I haven't read all of it yet, but
wanted to find out if we are going to need to visit with you before the 11/28/08 deadline. Please let me know when you have
the time what if anything we need to get done on our present insurance coverage.

help. Your guidance has been invaluable.I will want to get the 20 year, $1 million policy, but need to talk to my lawyer first.
