Dear Susan: Great news! Will verify the details in the attached document. I called the insurance
company again this afternoon and mailed them a 'notice of termination' and also informed them on-line of my intention to cancel
the policy and the reasoning behind it. And as an observation, I want to commend you for your prompt service.
In these times of bad service from major big corporations this is outstanding. You probably know how I feel. Continue
the good work and customers will just show up.

Susan, Hope everthing is going great for you and your family. Blanca and I were visiting last night about all
our insurance coverage and she had mentioned we may need to get with you regarding making some changes in our coverage. I
have received current information from medicare and health net regarding 2009 coverage. I haven't read all of it yet, but
wanted to find out if we are going to need to visit with you before the 11/28/08 deadline. Please let me know when you have
the time what if anything we need to get done on our present insurance coverage.
